Really good excursion. All of us feel this way.

DECEMBER

This is an older ship and it's starting to show its age. We booked 2 cabins (interior and a balcony). The interior cabin was so small and our granddaughter and our niece were cramped. They spend a lot of time in our more roomier balcony stateroom. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, especially since our granddaughter is on the autism spectrum.

My husband and I took our two sons, 24 and 25, on their first cruise. All of us had a wonderful time because of all the options available. Sunshine, beaches, casino, physical activity, and just the right amount of food. We embarked out of Tampa and it was easy. Disembarking was easy and fast. We would do this type of trip again. Rojas is my only disappointment. Weather affected our tendering and we got stuck on shore for 3 hours trying to get back to the ship.

The main dining was great for our family of 5! Our servers and the serving manager made our kiddos feel very welcome. My kids are 3,6,9, and they all enjoyed our dinners together! The staff at adventure ocean was great! It allowed my husband and I to enjoy some time to ourselves. We had a great 5 day getaway!

So much good food. Always some type entertainment!!! The boat was very clean everywhere.

Was a fun time on board with lots of activities, entertainment and good food. Staff service levels were excellent and Chops Grille was outstanding. The best Chop's experience on the cruiseline and I have been to many. My only negative was the Freeport - Grand Bahama port experience. Had to bus/cab over to Port Lucaya which was about 1/2 hour away. Only 11 miles but was a long ride. Shuttle/bus service we used was disorganized and we had to wait well beyond our return time to get back to the ship. Port Lucaya is fun and attractive with lots of nice restaurants and bars but the cruiseline needs to do a better job of getting people to and from the location.

<div>Smooth sailing and fortunately for us no storms. Captain was informative and kept the ship organized with plans to disembark at each stop. Staff was helpful, accommodating and polite. Clean ship. Entertainment was great every night. Wonderful talent with the shows. Had a really good time and would definitely go on another Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship.</div>

SEPTEMBER

This cruise was a short one but was jam packed with fun and lots of activities. The crew was great BUT just seemed like it was lacking in enough of them. I’ve cruised with RC many times on big ships and this medium ship so I know the ratio to guests to crew. But all in all the cruise was great including the ship itself.

The staff members on this ship were among the best we have seen on many cruises. Across the board, they were professional and pleasant.

Unless you're drinking more than 4 drinks per day or a bottle of wine don't get the drink package. If you decide to purchase it do so 1 week before boarding date to take advantage of the discount.

Entertainment a little campy,but understandable on short cruses. Needs to have late night food stay open till after clubs close not just have room service. Special dining restaurants should not have a extra charge menu, either include it in your price or not on menu , same in dining room and with drink pkgs.(special drinks)

The cruise was great. Staff is outstanding, especially Fritz in Royal Suite housekeeping. Cons would have been if you purchase a suite, you should also get at least 1 free excursion of your choice for the price that you pay.

<div>I received my Platinum status on this cruise and must admit that it was one of my best experience. From all &quot;our&quot; staff we were called my name from the 1st day whenever we encountered them. My 2 grandkids accompanied me and this being their 1st time cruise and left with a wonderful memory. They are 17 and 20.&nbsp;</div>

<div>Everyone was very friendly &amp; I have no complaints. This was my first cruise &amp; I will book another one in the future. Thank you to Michelle the cruise director, Tony our Captain &amp; &nbsp;our travel agent. Also, we seen the best comedian we have ever seen, Mike Pace. So funny, we all had tears rolling down. Almont had the best Senior Spring Break 2017. Thank you again to all who made this possible.</div>

I loved everything about this experience . The staff was amazing . The ship was beautiful.. it exceeded my expectations. I will defenetly cruise again !

All in all we love RC. Many upsides, but the service in Windjammers along with the food, and the bar service at the pools was really bad. What makes it worse was watching servers just standing around. Sadly, cruise ships lost the glam of formal night. Now it seems that dressing up means a half clean pair of shorts and a tee-shirt.... very sad. Ship shows wear for her age,,,

We went for a girls' grad trip and it was the perfect amount of time and variety of activities/excursions. Everyone on board was so nice and helpful. We had a terrific time!

It was a wonderful first cruise. From the airport to the ship, and on the ship and destinations were done very well. We had fun, relaxed, enjoyed the cities and entertainment on board. Well done!

MAY

This was our first cruise and we were new to it all. There is alot of activities to do on the ship which was pretty cool. It was nice to stop at the different ports and to be able to do some of the excursions we prepaid for with the exception of on due to the weather however, we did get our money back. It was something to experience. We just didn't like that we had to be on-board at a certain time but we also realize that this needs to happen in order for the ship to get to the other ports. For us it's nice to be able to set your own schedule much like you do when you travel via air someplace you can pretty much do that. Keep in mind that as I mentioned above this was new. Will we go on another cruise again? My guess is yes now that we know what to expect. We will be able to better schedule what it is we want to do.

I am not a lover of gourmet foods so, preferred to eat in the Windjammer cafe'.

My family of four were in 4076 and unless the family has small children, the cabin and restroom were too small! The cabin across the hall had significantly more space but no window. Next time, I will sacrifice the window for space or upgrade.

<div>Nice for relaxing, and relaxing we did, but not much more. We felt most of the activities were geared more towards the seniors crowd. But we really enjoyed the time to relax and do nothing. The food in the My Fair Lady dining room was awesome. All the staff throughout the ship was awesome and very attentive. The music in the promenade area was wonderful.&nbsp;</div>

The entertainment was fabulous and the crew and dining room service was excellent. There needs to be a better way to sell the Bingo cards and the breakfast on debarkation was not tasty. The toast was cold, the eggs were cold and not labeled so wasn't sure what I was eating and the Casino needs to update their slot machines.

Had a nice relaxing cruise even though it was very rough waters. We all had our sea legs. We have been on this cruise multiple times and have only made it to the private island 3. We did not get to go this cruise due to very rough seas. The only thing I objected to was passengers bringing their own huge pieces of luggage on board and trying to maneuver them in the Windjammer during lunch. I think the ship should not allow luggage in any of the eating areas and should provide a place to store it until the rooms are ready.

Food quality at breakfast and lunch just average. Dinner was a little better but only because the wait staff did everything they could to make dinners special.

Royal Caribbean is STILL our preferred cruise line and we appreciate the level of service. Family Suite, 8015 (only 1 on board) was perfect! Our smaller cabin, 4513, seriously needs refreshing, especially the bathroom.

Overall the vacation was great!! The staff at Boleros was wonderful. The late night shows were so funny!

The cruise was awesome!!! I enjoyed the friendly staff and how easy it was to find out what activities were going on.

I had a fantastic time and Royal Caribbean offered a top-notch experience. I would recommend that you stay away from shopping in the Bahamas. The sales staff on the islands are uncomfortably aggressive and you will be overcharged unless you haggle.

Our ship needs a face lift and a upgrade to decor. Sewage smell made me nautious.

The professional and helpful quality of all the staff / crew was fantastic, the shows at night were very high quality ( much better than I expected) Nice room and the ship was well cared for Only slight downgrade was in the quality of the food, particularly the proteins. Appetizers and salads were very good, also the desserts, but the entrees were often over done and the meats not tender . Last night my wife and I ordered lobster and both of ours was way way over cooked and not flavorful. The food serving staff was excellent at all time

Everything was wonderful we had the best staff ever and we cruise a lot. Felix the Concierge was awesome, he took care of everything and four high maintenance women he did well.Then the table staff Carlington & Carlos we couldn't have asked for better. We had Val in Chops and he was a sweetheart being so attentive. Cabin staff...Hospicia was the best she took care of everything we asked and spoiled us. They all did! We felt like family to them. We had never been on a cruise before. I'm glad we used this cruise line as a trial run. We are already talking about taking another one. Very enjoyable and relaxing time. Spa was incredible!!!

The reduction in staff was very evident with regards to our previous August trip. All had a great time . Drew's room could have been better since the kids were on top of them. Our shower curtain was too short and flooded the bathroom floor for the 3 nights. the steward was given noticed to no avail. Regards , Andy & Kay

would like to have spent more time on Coco Cay than in Nassau. our room Steward and dining crew were fabulous. we did my time dining. if the smoking can be eliminated from the casino or better aired, we would have given the one handed bandits, :) a try. Will book another cruise with Royal in the future.

One of Royal's smaller dated ships. Not a lot for younger kids to do. Teens program was great. Staff was great as well as food. Room below main dining room was noisy ALL night long as they must have been moving tables/cleaning and doing maintenance at night every night. The private island was nice also with more good food.

Although the cruise itinerary had to be changed because of several weather patterns that came through; causing us to miss CocoaCay and instead spend an extra day in Nassau.

<div>My husband and I really enjoyed our experience with RCI Enchantment of the Seas! The customer service was top notch! The food was great and the cleanliness of the ship was at a high standard. I really want to give a superior rating to the Windjammer attendant (I didn&#39;t get her name, wish I had), that greeted us upon our entry for lunch and snacks. She had a wonderful and joyous presence and I really wanted to commend her on her attitude throughout our cruise experience. We will use our Travel Agency again for the next cruise! Thanks to my travel agent for all her service.</div>

Room 4074 large Oceanview stateroom was comfortable for 2. Loved the door to the shower and storage space was sufficient. Lots of activities to do for adults and children. Not enough time on short cruise to enjoy all activities. Husband and I had a wonderful family reunion July 4th celebration. The boarding was the usual long and tedious process though not unplesant, but once past that everything was as perfect as could be possible. I was most impressed by the staff: their efficiency, their availability, their helpfulness, and their manners, showing me that nothing was too much trouble, even when they were in mid-chore. And very importantly, they were all fluent in English. That made them perfect.

Our family enjoyed the entire cruising experience. We received excellent service each and every day. The food was delicious.
