Only one pool that was very crowdedRECOMMENDED
YesI enjoyed the cruise and all it had to offer. The staff was awesome and the food was generally pretty good. Activities were abundant and fun and/or informative. I would like to recognize Mark, our stateroom attendant, for maintaining our room meticulously... thank you, Mark! I would also like to recognize Carlos, our dining host, for his professionalism, courtesy and the extremely helpful tips he provided the evening before we docked in Cozumel... thank you, Carlos!

Ease of embarking and disembarking, Casualness, Food, Guys Burger joint, Hub App was very handy,CONS
More seafood offerings, More instruction on Hub App., Limited to one beverage every five minutes on the cheers program, We were told to bring red or blue but never advised when to wear it.RECOMMENDED
YesSome confusion going through security at boarding because they did not allow us to bring the distilled water on board that we carried with the CPAP machine. Instructions need to be clearer so we don't go to the bother of carrying it just to have it tossed. There are so many people that made our trip special. From Pepito our Stateroom attendant to the dining staff: Savio, Leeroy, Fergi and Rameesh. Jersey Mike and Andy were so fun! The entire Camp Ocean team were outstanding including Anna and Tutu. There was one lady down at disembarkation that saw we were struggling with a five year old and a senior. She called us her special VIP's and bumped us to the head of the line. I wish that I knew her name. It was a wonderful vacation. The stateroom was comfortable and we felt safe the entire time. Thank you!

Small ship, great itineraryCONS
Small ship and a small buffetRECOMMENDED
YesThis was our first time cruising on Carnival. We have always down Norwegian in the past. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my experience on the Carnival Paradise. The staff was great, friendly and enthusiastic. One small issue on embarkation was that as a suite we were told we could get to our room as soon as we were on board, this was not the case however so we did have to take our carry on baggage around the ship. But once we were able to get to the room we definitely were blown away at the size of it. Our stewardess was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. The ship was very clean and the staff does a great job maintaining her and sanitation of high touch areas was definitely on point. The buffet is rather small but everything we had was fresh and had good flavor. My understanding is that most people eat in the main dining rooms for dinner, we did not however go there through the cruise except for brunch which was delicious. Over all I would definitely sail her again.
