Ireland's most unique dining experience. Step back in time and dine aboard the Pullman Restaurant. Comprising of two original carriages of Orient Express, beautifully restored and set on the grounds of the hotel. Enjoy the luxury of a private booth or sit by the window and take in the spectacular views overlooking Glenlo Abbey Estate and Lough Corrib.

Converted into a wonderful restaurant car retaining all of its original character, this historic Pullman train carriage had been residing at Elsenham Station in Hertfordshire, England, before joining the many and varied facilities already available at Glenlo Abbey Hotel & Estate Galway.

A 2 AA rosette award winning restaurant, the Pullman Restaurant is certainly a dining experience like no other.
The Oak Cellar Bistro

Hide away in the cozy, rustic interiors that exudes warmth and original character features. The adjacent lounge – a hat tip to an elitists men’s club, with restored herringbone parquet floors, darkened mahogany paneling, softened with tartan upholstered chairs and aged leather sofas. An ideal hideaway, just off what was the original parlor of the house.

Using traditional recipes and all time favorite dishes, the Oak Cellar Bistro is very popular with locals and visitors alike for casual and rustic dining.
