Providing even more of a private atmosphere are the Captain’s Cottages, stand-alone, fully equipped and elegant Victorian homes. Our accommodations offer many choices for singles, couples, families, and VIPs: ocean views, multiple bed types, suites, cottages, and the penthouse, Presidential Skyhouse. Presidential Skyhouse Wing: There’s vacation, and then there is the Presidential Skyhouse Wing. Soaring over the Atlantic Ocean, Edgartown Harbor, Edgartown Lighthouse and Chappaquiddick Island, the fourth floor Presidential Skyhouse Wing offers the best VIP experience on the entire island

The Roxana: Hello Sleek, Meet Modern: The Roxana, named after the owner Bernard Chiu’s daughter, exudes the contemporary, playful air of The Vineyard, complemented by luxury linens, glass sliding shower doors and pops of sunrise red. Captain’s Cottages: Your Summer dream house awaits. Sprinkled along a blossom-filled walkway, the Captain’s Cottages exude an individual charm fit for a fairytale. Varying floor plans offer many options including outdoor showers. Ranging from one to three bedrooms with kitchenettes and living rooms, the nine cottages are where families make lifelong memories.

Captain's Cottage 2 Bedroom Deluxe Suite

Spacious, two-bedroom suite located in one of our Captain's Cottages. Only steps away from the main historic building. Has a KING bed in one bedroom, a QUEEN bed in the second bedroom, 1 Sofa Bed and 2 Full Baths. The living room has a plasma TV, and a kitchenette. Shared Balcony.
Captain's Cottage 2 Bedroom Suite

Two bedroom suite located in our Captain's Cottages. 2 queen beds. 2 full baths. Full size sofa bed in the living room. Full kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Flat screen TV. Private balcony or porch.
Captain's Cottage 3 Bedroom Suite

Three Bedroom Suite – Spacious three-bedroom Suite located on the 2nd & 3rd floor of the Captain Huxford Cottage. One bedroom is located on the second floor and has a KING bed and two bedrooms are located on the third floor and have QUEEN beds. The living room is located on the second floor and a kitchenette. The suite has three full baths.
Captain's Cottage 3 Bedroom Suite with Bunk Bed

Three Bedroom Suite – Located on the 1st floor of the Luce Cottage. Two bedrooms have KING beds, the third bedroom has a BUNK BED with TRUNDLE. Suite also has two full baths, one private exterior shower, kitchenette, washer & dryer, flat screen TV’s. Living Room has a full-size sofa bed.
