Galvin Bar & Grill is a contemporary take on the classic British grill from Michelin-starred brothers Chris and Jeff Galvin with Head Chef Adam Gray. The 100-seat restaurant is housed in Kimpton Fitzroy London’s opulent hotel dining room and celebrates sustainably and ethically sourced produce at the peak of its season. While rooted in British cooking, the menu is not wedded to traditional dishes, and instead, draws inspiration from other cultures to reflect the diversity of modern Britain. The menu embodies how the Galvins would like to see Britain today: ethical, generous and open.
Fitz's Bar

Any given night, you'll find movers and shakers gossiping over Negronis and letting their hair down into the wee hours at Fitz's , named after Charles Fitzroy Doll, the original architect of Kimpton Fitzroy London. The plush, glamorous cocktail den has an air that's electric with possibility—as if you never know who you'll see luxuriating on the velour sofa below the oversize disco ball.
