The resort is situated in three sections. The Villas and The Estate are ideal for families while the adults-only Hotel facilities are reserved for guests age 12 and older only. All suites are just steps off the beach and all provide stunning ocean views. Amenities include spacious terraces, separate bath and shower, air-conditioning, complimentary high-speed Internet access and full American breakfast daily. Many suites have kitchens or kitchenettes.
The Hotel at Grace Bay Club
Accommodations and facilities at the hotel are reserved for guests 12 years of age and older. The Hotel has its own swimming pool, Jacuzzi and restaurant, all reserved for adult guests exclusively. For guests seeking a more quiet and romantic experience, the Hotel is the perfect place to stay.
The Villas at Grace Bay Club
Surrounded by lush tropical foliage, The Villas are located in four well-spaced five-story buildings that reflect the Mediterranean-style architecture of Grace Bay Club. Each group houses only two suites per floor for enhanced privacy. The Villas offer adults access to all the services of Grace Bay Club as well as additional reserved ocean frontage, an on-the-beach family-friendly pool, the poolside Grill and swim-up bar, and other amenities.
The Estate at Grace Bay Club
The Estate is a collection of 22 custom-designed ultra-elegant residences offering many amenities one would only expect to find in a private home. All residences are oceanfront and have air conditioning, ceiling fans, 11 foot ceilings, elegant full service kitchens with custom Italian Cabinetry and top-of-the-line appliances, Jerusalem stone floors, family style dining room, media room/den, outdoor showers, expansive terraces, oversized walk-in showers, 2 person drop-in tubs, Bose stereo systems, iPod docking stations, direct dial telephones, cable TV, flat screen plasma televisions, bath robes, hair dryers, safes, washer/dryers, complimentary high speed and wireless Internet access.
Guests at The Estate enjoy exclusive access to The Estate’s facilities. Estate facilities include a welcome lounge, kid’s splash pool, poolside cabanas and lounges, lap pool, poolside bar and restaurant and beach beds. Adult guests at The Estate are afforded use of all of the resort’s facilities, including those at the Hotel and The Villas.
