The luxurious Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten is the epitome of a traditional European grand hotel. Since its opening in 1897, the elegant hotel at the Binnenalster Lake in the heart of Hamburg welcomes its guests from all over the world in charming magnificence and timeless elegance. Many cultural and architectural sights as well as numerous shopping areas and the Congress Center Hamburg are within close distance.

After the full renovation of all five floors including a total of 156 elegant rooms and luxurious suites, the traditional grand hotel presents itself in an exciting new style which combines precious fabrics and international design ideas. High-class materials are effectually presented in six different color schemes which are fresh and unconventional yet classy and timeless. Bright, creamy nuances are pleasantly contrasted by accentuating highlight colors in gold, kiwi green, powder blue, carmine and light purple. No living unit is like another one, no floor follows the same apportionment. The interior is inspiring; it is thought through down to the smallest detail in decoration and lighting.

The Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten offers international top cuisine in Hamburg. In our exquisite restaurants and bars a large choice of delicious dishes and drinks is served satisfying diverse tastes: the Jahreszeiten Grill with its Art-Déco atmosphere, the two Michelinstar-awarded Haerlin restaurant serving explicit gourmet-dishes, Café Condi and Condi Lounge with a warmly flair and the design-restaurant NIKKEI NINE with its Japanese-Peruvian cuisine. The hotel offers five event locations for conferences or meetings on 600 square meters, plus an exclusive Jahreszeiten catering.

This interplay of contrasts is especially exciting when whole continents are connected in a culinary way: the so called NIKKEI CUISINE represents Japanese cuisine with a Peruvian influence originated from the kitchens of Japanese immigrants in South America – predominantly in Peru and Brazil. Using surprising combinations and intense flavors NIKKEI cultivated a style that complements the Japanese fine sense of classically elegant dishes by adding cheerful, hearty Peruvian elements.
