Hotel Único Madrid is a five-star luxury boutique hotel located in one of the most exclusive areas of the capital, in the heart of the Milla de Oro, or Golden Mile, of the Salamanca district. A 19th century palace concealing spaces of noble architecture and natural light, 44 rooms and suites, a spectacular, critically acclaimed restaurant to be accessed by a private garden with a lounge area, a library hosting a splendid array of national and international volumes, rooms for events, a wellness suite, gym and all kinds of tailored services for the client to feel at home.

The acclaimed chef Ramón Freixa leads a team in charge of making art and cuisine meet at the Ramón Freixa Madrid Restaurant—a place where the senses are awoken, and each dish tells a story to be unveiled, one bite at a time. The resulting experience has earned him two Michelin stars and three Repsol Suns.

The inner garden, one of our hotel’s best kept secrets, allows you to relax and feel lifted from the restless rhythms of the capital, enjoying a signature cocktail by award-winning mixologist Manel Vehí, all without having to leave the city.

Ramón Freixa Restaurant

In the garden, accessed through a glass cube, is the entrance to the restaurant Ramón Freixa, for which the chef was awarded two Michelin stars. The successful restaurant’s menu lists seasonal dishes that have earned awards and recognitions, as its tomato textures in summer or its truffle dishes in winter. Not to be missed is the duck burger with green mustard ice cream, just one of the many “must” dishes. You can also sample the “Nací en el Mediterráneo” (I was born in the Mediterranean) menu of rices, designed to eat light, fast and affordable on weekdays. It is ideal for business lunches.
The Bar

Signature cocktails in Madrid’s ‘Golden Mile’.
A space with an air of an English bar, a meeting point to share time in company or to enjoy a great drink. Among the leather, velvet and wood, our award-winning mixologist Manel Vehí prepares creative cocktails to revel in while listening to a selection of great music. The Bar shares the identity and sophisticated atmosphere of the hotel. A place to disconnect from the routine with its carefully prepared list of national wines or craft beers, selected by our sommelier at the double-Michelin-star Ramón Freixa Madrid Restaurant. It opens its doors to the local public from 12pm to midnight.
